“Maintenance Management”

Good machine maintenance is an important precondition for an error-free production process. The essence of our approach is that a group of employees, formed by operators and technicians, has the shared responsibility for the production process and thus for the condition of the machine. This team needs to learn how errors can be prevented and how maintenance of the machines can be further improved.

The extensive integration of maintenance tasks in the team and the optimal support of the team by the technical department are central to our approach.
